Cardwell Distributing, Inc. has been in business for over 45 years.  Founded by Lowell J. Cardwell in 1964, Cardwell offers superior lubricants, motor fuels and fleet fueling services to meet our customers' industrial, commercial and retail petroleum needs.  In 1998, Bill Rawson & Tom Leiter, Lowell's sons-in-law, purchased the company and continue to provide excellent forward-looking leadership to a great company.  With the acquisition of Hutchinson Oil in April of 2002, our distribution network now reaches over 3000 customers in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.  With this acquisition, we enhanced our ability to service our customers through better contracting capabilities with our vendors, and added more locations from which to deliver.  Cardwell has teamed with Shell, Chevron, Conoco, Sinclair, Flying J, Tesoro, Bio Energy, and other major fuel distributors to provide more than 70 million gallons of gasoline and diesel fuels.  Cardwell is a National Distributor for Shell and can answer all your lubrication questions.  Our goal is to provide superior oil and fuel products at competitive prices, and offer the finest service available anywhere.
